Will these figures finally pour water on the MSM’s housing recovery myth? I agree that housing has hit a bottom, but hitting a bottom and bouncing off that bottom into recovery are two different things.

As long as the employment situation remains grim, housing will not recover. Buying a house is a long-term commitment, and people do not feel their job situations are stable enough to buy a home.
